Built for North Carolina healthcare leaders
We eliminate open requisitions by combining two deep talent pipelines with zero logistics burden on your internal HR.

1. Virginia & Regional eNLC Travel Pipeline
Leverage the Nurse Licensure Compact. We source vetted, experienced RNs and LPNs from Virginia and surrounding compact states. CareNomads covers all corporate lodging, mileage, and travel logistics, ensuring nurses arrive punctual, rested, and ready for floor orientation.

2. Cross-Border Canadian RN Pipeline
Overcome the chronic 1-to-2 year domestic travel nurse churn. We recruit Canadian BScN graduates who have passed the NCLEX-RN and deploy them on stable 12-month placements via USMCA/TN status. You gain clinical continuity without inflated crisis rates.

3. Primary-Source Credentialing & EVV
Every professional arrives with an active NC Board of Nursing license verification, 10-panel drug screen, clear OIG/SAM federal exclusion reports, and current immunization/TB titer records. Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) ensures you only pay for verified, on-floor hours.
